Information for guests  

Winter bookings 
  • Bookings are open to shareholders, their guests and members of the public.  
  • Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis. The Lodge prioritises bookings for 5 nights or more for early season reservations.
  • Winter bookings for non-members commence at the beginning of March
  • The minimum stay per room in winter is two nights 
  • Bookings are based on twin share including at least one adult 
  • By making a booking, guests accept the terms and conditions of the lodge. 
  • All bookings are at the discretion of the Booking Officer and Board. 
  • The maximum length of stay of a person in the ski season is 6 weeks and in the year in total, 10 weeks. 
  • Rooms cannot be held without payment. 
  • Bookings will be not be accepted from any person who owes Barina Milpara money for any reason. 
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. The payment is non-refundable.
Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Village transport (limited) , dinner, bed and breakfast are included.
  • Rates are per person per night and based on twin share including at least one adult.
  • Rates include oversnow transport for guests and their luggage on the days of arrival and departure.
  • Rates include daily oversnow transport to the lodge after 4pm on days other than arrival and departure.
  • Rates include a two-course breakfast and a three-course dinner
  • On arrival, your room will be available at 3:00pm. On departure, your room is to be vacated by 10:00am.
  • Guests may not enter the kitchen at any time.
  • Guests are expected to show consideration for the right of others to the quiet enjoyment of the lodge’s facilities.
  • A surcharge of $100 per person applies to 1 night stays (this applies to adults & all children over 5).
  • A surcharge of $100 per night applies in Winter where there is only one person in the room.
  • Early Bird Deadline is 30 April every year.
  • Guests are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children.
  • In the event of unacceptable behaviour of any party, the directors reserve the right to refuse further bookings from the persons concerned.
  • Before going to bed, guests are expected to put away items they have been using and leave the lounge area tidy.
  • Skis and boots may not be brought into the lounge or into the rooms. The ski storage area is accessed by the back door of the lodge Waxing of skis/boards is not permitted.
  • Non-residents may be invited to the dining room, subject to numbers, but this must be arranged 24 hours beforehand with the Manager and will incur a $50 per person charge.
Please note:
  • The Board strongly suggests guests take out travel insurance. 
  • The Manager is to be notified of any problem within the Lodge requiring immediate attention.
  • Any comments regarding the operation of the Lodge are invited and should be addressed to the Board of Directors in writing.
